I recently purchased 2 SMT 4 Smart watches from conversationventures.com. I had seen their advertisement many times online & I was in the market to buy a watch capable of displaying blood pressure, heart rates & exercise functions. In February I made the purchase via my PayPal account (thankfully as it turned out) & within 10 days I received the 2 watches. After a battery charge I turned on the watches. Both watches had the identical fault that being the blood pressure readings always read the same - 140/83mmHg. I contacted the seller via email & got a reply saying unless I returned the watches within 30 days my return procedure would be cancelled. Numerous emails were sent back to them with no reply. After 3 weeks I contacted PayPal who commenced a dispute notice with the seller. 3 weeks later PayPal contacted me to say they had not received a response from Conversationventures.com & found the dispute in My Favour & refunded my purchase price.
